Welcome Transfer Students!

Each year, Washington State University welcomes over 1,300 new transfer students to its Pullman Campus.

You are considered a transfer student if you have enrolled in a regionally accredited college or university after the summer following your high-school graduation. Running Start students or students who have completed college coursework while in high school are considered freshmen for admission purposes.

To apply as a transfer student, please complete the undergraduate admission application http://www.wsu.edu/future-students/admission/applications.html and have your official college transcripts sent to the Office of Admissions, PO Box 641067, Washington State University, Pullman, WA 99164-1067 USA. Faxed transcripts and transcripts issued to students will not be accepted.

Apply early!  To meet the priority application deadlines applications and transcripts must be received by WSU by January 31st for fall admission and by October 1st for spring admission.

For more information, please read about Transfer Planning and how to apply as a transfer student. Also, to see if your credits transfer please check out the Transfer Course Equivalency web site.

If you have any additional questions, please contact Washington State University’s Transfer  Center at transfer@wsu.edu

We look forward to working with you!
